We need some information to grant you a MyLifespan account. After you submit this request, it may take up to a week for processing and verification. When you're approved, you will receive an email or a letter with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your MyLifespan account. Lifespan needs to verify your identity before we can grant you a MyLifespan account. After you have entered your demographics, you will be directed to Experian, a consumer credit reporting company that uses “industry standard” verification questions to protect your privacy. Lifespan does not receive or collect any of your responses. Once you are verified, you will receive an email or a letter with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your MyLifespan account. Note that you will be unable to obtain a MyLifespan account using the above method if you do not have a prior credit history.
